Breakrooms at business centres or workplaces are special rooms for the employees to have tea, coffee or snacks during their break-time so food and beverage services are essential breakroom facilities. Breakrooms can be pretty messy too and you must have enough supply of waste receptacles, towels, tissues, and personal hygiene products for washing hands and freshening up.
Having a first aid box and health supplies is always recommended as minor health problems or trivial accident cases can be dealt with there and then. Other health emergencies can also get first aid immediately to prevent further damage until the health teams arrive.
Breakroom air can easily get fouled especially when full of people at break-times. Fans, heaters, humidifiers and other facility maintenance products and equipment must be available or installed and must be in perfect working order.
