OfficeSupplyGroup.com processes and ships orders during normal weekdays. Orders placed on holidays and on weekends will be processed the following weekday. We are proud of our fast delivery rate: Most orders placed before 1PM EST on business days are processed the same day and 90% of the orders are delivered the next business day.
Delivery Methods
OfficeSupplyGroup.com ships most orders via UPS Ground. Bulky and Heavy items are shipped by Freight courrier.
Express Delivery
Some of larger furniture pieces are unavailable for express delivery. In most instances, the smaller items, are delivered next business day. There is no need for express shipping since our ground shipping service is fast enough, usually only 1 business day. Please allow one full day for processing your order. In most cases orders are processed the same day.
Shipping Costs
Shipping cost for orders start at $7.95 and from there builds according to the weight of your products. There are exceptions on some heavy or bulk items and they might incur in higher costs. Please contact our customer service if you have any questions about an item or order.
Delivery Time
Please allow 1 to 2 business days to process and ship your order. In most instances, your order your will processed and shipped immediately.
International Delivery
OfficeSupplyGroup.Com does not ship internationally. Orders will only be shipped to the contiguous 48 US States and APO/FPO addresses.
